Policy for private lessons, classes and boarding

Baybriar and C Dog Run Agility are dedicated to helping clients understand how to get the most from their relationship with their canine companions. All lessons, classes and boarding are by appointment.

Private Lessons

When you schedule a private lesson you have bought a block of time. If your lesson is for one hour and begins at 10 a.m. please be ready to begin on time because your lesson ends at 11 a.m. Our goal is to begin your lesson on time so you can stay on your schedule and I can stay on mine. Please be courteous, be ready for your lesson. You will get more from your lesson if you are ready and not rushing around.

Cancellation policy: lessons should be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and lesson no shows will be charged the full amount of the lesson.

Group Classes

Group classes are usually scheduled for 6 or 8 week sessions. When you sign up for a session and cannot make all the classes there is no prorated rebate or make up time unless you wish to set a private lesson at an additional cost.

Boarding

Boarding pick up an drop offs are by appointment only. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance you will be billed for any unfilled time.

In house obedience training

Dogs coming in for obedience training are charged a flat fee per day for training for a 14 day minimum. The fee includes training of the dog and several sessions with the owners.

Behavior Management Fee for Aggressive Dogs

When a dog comes for training with aggressive behavior issues there will be an additional fee added to the base price. These dogs require very experienced handling and additional time in training not to mention the risk involved. The fee will be determined on a case by case basis.

Seminars

When signing up for seminars there will be a non refundable deposit required. . You must send the deposit with the completed application to hold your working spot unless other arrangements have been made.
